By purchasing our posters, frames, and stickers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Descriptions
We strive to accurately represent our products through descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations in color and design may occur due to different screen settings or printing methods. We do our best to ensure that the images on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee that your device will accurately reflect the colors of the posters, frames, or stickers.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time before your order is confirmed. Taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI and Cash On Delivery. Payment is required at the time of your order, and we will not process any orders until payment has been confirmed.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information is accurate. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately.
6. Cancellation and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our posters, frames, and stickers, we currently do not accept cancellations or returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us within 3 days to discuss potential resolutions.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. While we choose reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials related to our posters, frames, and stickers are the intellectual property of Posteredge Studio. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our products or materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Posteredge Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Posteredge Studio harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of our products or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indian Jurisdiction.
